The license.

Who this is for

You must be 18 or older. Talos Edge is software that places futures trades on your Tradovate account for you. It is not a broker, not a commodity trading advisor, and not investment advice.

What you get

Talos Edge is $249 a month. It includes the Rise and Bounce algos, the trade history and activity diary, and news pauses. Any discount code is applied as stated at checkout.

Your license

The license is personal. One license runs on one computer. You do not share your key or the installer, and you do not run Talos Edge for someone else.

Everything starts off. Nothing trades until you switch an algo on. You decide which algos run and how many contracts they trade, and you can switch them off, pause new trades, or close an open trade at any time.

You keep your computer on

Talos Edge runs on your computer and sends orders to your Tradovate account from there. If your computer is off, asleep or offline, or if Tradovate or your internet is down, Talos Edge cannot trade or close trades. That risk is yours.

How it ends

You cancel by replying to the email that came with your key, or by writing support@talosstrike.com. Your license ends when the paid month ends. See Refunds.

We can end a key if you share it, copy the software, or use it to harm someone. That is not a refund.

The work

The software, the words on this site, and this site belong to Talos Edge. You get a license to use the software. You do not get the right to sell it, rename it, or pass it off as your own.

If something breaks

Talos Edge is offered as-is. Futures can move against you. We are not responsible for your trades, your fills, or your losses. If you are not satisfied, your remedy is to stop using it and cancel as described on Refunds. Read Risk before you turn anything on.

Changes

We may update these pages. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using Talos Edge after a change, you accept the new words.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We have not named a state on this page yet. Write us if you need that in writing.
